SHIPPING LEAD TIMES & TURN AROUND TIME:
It usually takes 1 to 4 business days from receipt of your order till shipment, not including shipping time. Most often, we are shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
All gift box selections must ship either by UPS ground, UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day......... NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping to more than 1 location a $5.00 additional per address charge applies.
BACKORDERED ITEMS:
We do have times when we run out of one or several soaps on our list. We do not pre wrap soaps, as we want the packaging to be as crisp, fresh and new as possible when you receive one of our soaps. We want everything delivered to you fresh; as we do not use synthetic preservatives in our soaps. If one or more items on your order are out of stock we will backorder the item/ items, shipping the remaining order less those out of stock items adjusting the invoice price. We do not automatically reship backordered items but will notify you via e-mail that the item/items are available and gladly ship the item/items no charge if requested.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
For health, safety and security reasons were unable to accept returns on orders for product unless physical damage occurs to the product during shipping. If damage occurs you must SAVE THE ORGINAL CARTON, immediately report it to us upon receipt of product so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. All Damaged Product Claims Must Be Made Within 48 Hours.
You will be reimbursed when we receive the damaged product back as a store credit for future purchases with OH! Soaps & Skin Care.
CANCELLED ORDER POLICY:
We pride ourselves in filling orders as quickly as possible. If you choose to cancel your order for any reason and it’s packed to ship there is a 25% restocking fee.
